摘 要:实验采用土壤为样品,对样為进行分离,纯化,培养,筛选出了 3株产酶能力较高的苗株,即R1.
R2. R3O复舞确定了 R1的产酹能力相对较高。通过相对酶活力的测定,M定了反应最住温度为30^,最佳pH
为%苗株在最适条件下产酶能力达246. 8U/mlo

Screening of High Protease Production Strain

Abstract: Ulis experiment described the separation of strains that could produce protease・ Three strains t designated as R1. R2 and R3 respectively, showed high protease activity was screened from the soil then the second round screening was performed and R1 was determined to have the highest activity t relatively・ By determining the relative enzyme activity 9 the optimal temperature and pH was 30弋 and 9, respectively. The enzyme activity that the strain produced was up to 246・ 8U/mL
