Abstract

The feasibility study of construction projects is a kind of fundamental work in the basic construction management，which plays a significant role in the investment decision-making and project operation of the construction projects. This article presents the specific connotation & necessity of feasibility study in the construction projects，illustrates the existing problems in the feasibility study of the projects，analyzes the problems in details，and provides readers with relative countermeasures by means of a conclusion of different reasons.
