空分用板翅式换热器失效分析

摘要:在某空分系统发生的一次设备故障中,由德国某公司设计并制造的高压板翅式主换热器及
其附属空气管道发生了开裂、磨蚀、穿孔等失效现象,导致多种低温介质泄漏。通过宏观检查、无损
检测、取样分析和故障过程逻辑推理等分析,结果表明:主换热器隔板与封条间钎焊质量的不可靠
是造成换热器开裂的主要原因;而主换热器开裂后所形成的携带着珠光砂的低温喷射气流则进一
步导致了管道的磨蚀穿孔。

Abstract:One high - p ressure alum inum p late - fin heat exchanger located in an air - separation p lant
failed to function. Its surface was worn away and cracked, resulting in the leakage of air, liquid air and
other media. One p iece of air p ipe installed near the exchanger was damaged as well and the wall of the
p ipe was worn out. Through m icroscop ic exam ination, thickness measurement, ration testing, frac
ture appearance observation, and cause - effect analysis, it is concluded that: low quality of brazing be
tween fins and seal p lates causes cracking and leaking of exchanger; and the gas flow ejecting from the
cracks forces the cold - p reservation powder around the exchanger and the p ipe to abrade the surface of
these two equipment, which aggravates the damage o
