-----------------听课心得体会
第七届“七彩语文杯”华东四省优秀课观摩与评比活动于2014年4月17、18、19三天在XX聊城隆重举行，我有幸参加了本次观摩活动。观摩了优秀教师教学风采，聆听了专家的精彩点评报告，让我感受颇多，受益匪浅。主要有以下心得和体会：
一、教师需要不断提高自身素质
这两天我共听了13节课堂实录与老师的讲解，听完这些教师的课，给我的第一感受就是这些青年教师的素质非常高，从教学的设计到课堂的展现，都体现了扎实的基本教学功底，新型的教学理念。这让我对自己的课堂有了更多的思考。我不止一次地想过：为什么同样的教材、同样的学生、同样的时间，由于不同教师的执教，学生的学****情感、态度及学****效果却迥然不同呢？通过这次听课，我似乎找到悬在心中已久的答案。
二、课堂导入新颖
这次听课，首先给我触动的是他们课前的导入，如X飞老师《记一次游戏场景》一课时的课前导入就很有特色（，今天老师要和你们玩一个游戏，你们想玩吗？这一招，充分调动了学生的好奇心，整堂课开课就水到渠成。再如葛金娥老师在讲授口语交际《小小推销员》利用当地的特产吸引学生，目的是创设情境，引入课题，激发学生兴趣，增强好奇心，。
三、课堂资源丰富
