摘要
环氧乙烷是乙烯的衍生物，是重要的根本有机化工原料,广泛用于生产乙二醇、农药乳化剂等各种精细化学品。目前较先进的生产方法是用银作催化剂，在列管式固定床反响器中，用纯氧与乙烯反响，采用乙烯直接氧化生产环氧乙烷。本文主要介绍了生产环氧乙烷的原理、工艺设计条件，通过进展物料衡算、热量衡算确定了反响器的尺寸、传热面积、塔径等参数。同时，关注了安全生产、三废处理等问题并提出了相应的解决措施。

Abstract
Ethylene Oxide is the derivative of ethylene, which is the important basic organic chemical raw material. It is widely utilized in producing varied fine chemicals like ethanediol, agricultural pesticide emulsifier, just name two. Advanced method we apply now is the direct oxidation reaction between pure oxide and ethylene with the catalyst of silver in Tube fixed-bed reactor.
In this them, we mainly introduce the principle and the condition of process design of producing ethylene oxide. Meanwhile, the parameters such as the volume, transfer area and reactor diameter are determined by calculating the material balance and energy balance. At the end of this thesis, we put safety issue and recycle issue of waste into discussion with proposing some measure to solve those problems.
