摘要高强度 IF 薄钢板是近年来开发的一种兼有高强度和良好深冲性能的汽车用钢板,
它是在 IF 钢基础上通过添加适量的固溶强化元素来达到高强度的。总结了这种钢中的合金元
素对基板性能及热镀锌镀层的影响, 另外还介绍了两种新型的高强度 IF 钢, 结合宝钢设备的
情况, 分析了高强度 IF 薄钢板开发的可行性。

ABSTRACT H igh ten sile strength IF steel sheet is an advanced m aterial fo r au tomo tive
app lication s, w h ich can ob tain h igh ten sile strength and good deep draw ing p roperties by
adding p roper so lid so lu tion strengthen ing alloying elem en t. T he effect of alloying elem en t of
th is steel on the p roperties and ho t dip galvan ized coating of b lack sheet is summ arized, and
two new types of h igh ten sile strength IF steels are b riefed. M o reover the feasib ility to
develop h igh ten sile strength IF steel sheet is analyzed in acco rdance w ith the equ ipm en t
situation in Bao steel.

1 前言众所周知, 由于强度和成型性是一对矛盾, 随
70 年代石油危机以来, 为了节约能源, 国外着强度的提高其成型性能下降给加工带来困难,
汽车厂采取了一系列措施。其中之一就是大量开特别是对要求兼有高强度和高 r 值的零件, 如汽
发高强度钢板用作车体达到“减重节能”, 如冷轧车外覆盖件等, 传统的以铝镇静钢为基的固溶强
含磷板、双相钢板等等。有资料表明〔1〕: 使用高强化钢系列很难满足要求。进入 80 年代后, 由于冶
