摘要
本文介绍的节能车竞赛车(HLJIT-3A型)电器系统设计分为节能车车速里程表的设计和对点火系统的改进两个部分。其中,里程表设计以单片机和霍尔开关传感器为核心,再利用Keill软件进行C语言编程。传感器将不同车速转变成的不同频率的脉冲信号输入到单片机进行控制与计算,再采用LCD模块进行显示,使得节能竞赛车的最大车度、平均车速、瞬时车速、里程、圈数、时间等辅助驾驶参数能直观的显示给驾驶员,能够更佳有效、可靠的帮助驾驶员完成比赛。
对点火系统的改进则是将原来的CDI点火器(电容放电式点火器)改进成自动进角直流点火器。与原CDI点火器相比,自动进角直流点火器点火能量更大,更稳定,点火时刻更准确,增加了点燃冲程和排气冲程的点火触发次数,这样发动机混合气燃烧十分充分且更节能更节省燃料,不会出现燃烧不彻底、火花塞积碳不能正常工作等现象。并且该点火器接线简单,安装方便,性能稳定,少受外界温度与湿度的影响,有自动变角功能,变角曲线好,适应发动机转速工况等优点。

ABSTRACT
This article describes the energy-saving car race car (HLJIT-3A type) electrical system design into efficient car odometer ignition system design and improvement of two parts. Among them, the odometer designed to minimize the system microcontroller and Hall switch sensor at the core. Sensors into a different speed pulse signals of different frequencies to control the input to the microcontroller and calculation, and then used to display LCD module, making the race cars, the largest energy-saving vehicles, average speed, instantaneous speed, distance, laps, time and other auxiliary parameters can directly drive the display to the driver, to better and effective, and reliable help the driver to finish the game.
Improvement of the ignition system sucked the original CDI ignition (capacitive discharge ignition) improved to automatically into the current ignition angle. Compared with the original CDI ignition, automatic ignition angle of the DC ignition energy larger, more stable, more accurate ignition timing, increasing the light stroke and exhaust stroke of the ignition trigger number, so that the bustion engine and more energy is sufficient more fuel-efficient, bustion does not occur, carbon spark plug does not work and so on. And that the ignition wiring simple, easy installation, stable performance and less susceptible to external temperature and humidity, with automatic angle function, variable angle curve is good, adapt to engine speed condition and so on.
