——以《牡丹亭》和《罗密欧与朱丽叶》为例
摘要：汤显祖与莎士比亚是十六至十七世纪时，东西方剧坛上的两颗璀璨的明珠。两位伟大的戏剧艺术家固然是在不同文化、不同社会背景、不同历史进程中创作和思考，同时也承担着不同时代任务，而两位戏剧家对时代认知、人生价值实现和意义追寻的方式也大有不同。因此，他们虽处在不同的文化背景下，但对爱情的看法既有着惊人的相似，也有各自独特的文化特征。本文将从汤显祖的《牡丹亭》和莎士比亚《罗密欧与朱丽叶》两部戏剧入手，试图找出两位戏剧家的爱情观的不同，从而探讨中西方爱情观的异同。

Taking Peony Pavilion and Romeo And Juliet As Examples
Abstract ：Tang Xianzu and Shakespeare are the two bright pearl both in the Eastern and Western in the sixteen to seventeenth century. Of course, the two great theater artists are not only different in cultures, social backgrounds, historical process of creation and reflection, but also bearing the different task in different time and nation. Furthermore, the two dramas are different in the times, the realization of the valuable life and the pursuit of meaning in our life. Therefore, they are in different cultural backgrounds and they have their own unique cultural characteristics., but their views of love are in an amazing same paper tries to find out the differences between the two dramatists' view of love, and then exploring the similarities and differences between Chinese and Western love view from Tang Xianzu's Peony Pavilion and Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet .
