职工代表产生办法
第一条 享有公民政治权利的医院正式职工，均有当选医院职代会职工代表的资格。
第二条 职工代表的构成：职工代表中，医务人员，后勤人员、管理人员不少于代表总数的70％；科级以上管理干部不超过代表总数的30％。女职工和青年职工代表应占适当比例。医院各部门至少有一名职工代表。医院领导参加基层单位选举（不占基层代表名额）。
医院职代会根据会议的需要，可以邀请有关人员列席会议。
第三条 医院职代会的职工代表由各单位民主选举产生。
第四条 职工代表应具备的条件：
（一）坚持四项基本原则，遵纪守法；
（二）具在较强的主人翁责任感和参与民主管理的意识；
（三）具有一定的文化水平、医院管理基本知识和参政、议政能力；
（四）热爱医院，爱岗敬业，能很好地完成本职工作；
（五）能了解和反映职工群众的愿望、意见和要求，正确处理国家、集体、个人三者利益关系。
第五条 职工代表实行常任制，届满改选，可以连选连任。职工代表对选举单位的职工负责，选举单位的职工大会有权监督或依照民主程序撤换本单位的职工代表，并报医院工会备案。
职工代表因终止、解除劳动合同，调动、离退休等原因离开原选举单位时，其代表资格自然终止。代表缺额实行选举单位替补制，科
