moment curvature was converted into stress-strain. The stress-strain data obtained from bending and tension were imported into
the finite element simulation of three-point bending and roll bending respectively to predict the forming angle of the plate. The
yield strength of DP980 in bending deformation was greater than that in axial tension; the stress-strain data measured by bending
and tension experiments were used for simulation respectively, and the comparison with the results of three-point bending ex-
periments showed that the stress-strain data obtained by using bending experiments predicted the rebound amount to be large,
while the simulation obtained by using the stress-strain data obtained by tension experiments showed the rebound amount to be
small. The strain change data during the deformation under the bending experiment is more consistent with the real process, and
the comparison with the roll bending experiment reveals that the simulation using the bending experiment data can predict the
final forming angle of the V-shaped plate more accurately. Compared with the unidirectional tensile test, the mechanical prop-
