文档介绍：微信公众号在 带管出院患者延续护理中的应用[ 摘要] 目的探讨微信公众号在 带管出院患者延续护理中应用。方法选取 2015 年2~5 月乳腺癌带管出院患者 100 例, 采用随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组,各 50例, 结合 置管患者的需求, 进行常规的教育知识宣传, 图文并茂地制作电子宣教资讯, 并利用微信公众号平台即时传输功能, 通过视频、图文的形式给予患者关于预防堵管、出血、断管、水肿、感染等专业指导, 解答患者提出的护理问题。结果观察组通过微信公众号平台进行延续护理,与常规组比较,并发症显著减少( P< ); 患者满意度( 96% ) 与常规组( 90% ) 比较, 明显提高。结论应用微信公众号平台对 带管出院患者是一个有效的延续护理方法, 使 相关并发症发生率显著下降, 大大提高了带管出院患者的满意度。[ 关键词] 微信公众平台; ;延续护理[ 中图分类号] [ 文献标识码]A[ 文章编号] 1674-4721 ( 2016 ) 02(a) -0189-03 Application of WeChat public No. in continued nur sing in patients with tubes discharged from hospital DENG Qin GUI Shi-min WANG Juan OUYANG Qian-wen ▲ Breast Center , the Third Hospital of Nanchang in Jiangxi Province , Nanchang 330009 , China [Abstract] Objective To explore the application of WeChat public platform in continued nursing on catheter-related in peripherally inserted central catheter ( ) patients discharged from hospital.
