[Abstract] Objective This research tries pare the effects of Cimetidine,Omeprazole and Bromcriptine on duodenal ulcer. Methods Divide the rats into four groups: blank control group, Cimetidine group, Omeprazole group and the Bromcriptine group, the found duodenal ulcer models by cysteamine .Detect the duodenum one day after the treatment pare the density of damage. Results All of Cimetidine, Omepradole, and Bromcriptine have a certain effect on duodenal ulcer, but they don’t have statistically significant difference. Conclusions Bromcriptine has a similar effect on duodenal ulcer with the traditional anti-ulcer drugs.

Preface
Duodenum ulcer is mon disease which is caused by the imbalance between the defensive function of gastrointestinal tract and various attacking factors. mon drugs used to treat it include histamine H2 receptor antagonist, pump inhibitor,M1 receptor antagonist prostate-like drug. Recent studies show that DA receptor agonists also help to treat the ulcer. This experiment uses different drugs of different mechanism to study the different effects of these drugs on the ulcer.
