[Abstract] Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of SiFangWeiPian,Amotidine Tablets on acute gastromucous injury,and to investigate whether bination of the two has better effect. Methods 40 white rats were randomly divided into 5 groups-8 rats per group,which was respectively treated by NS, SiFangWeiPian,Amotidine Tablets and bination of the two drugs.(ig). Secondly, to make the pathology model by % the length of the gastromucous hemorrhage band according to the Kitagawa integral method. Rusults Amotidine has the best effect(inhibitory %),SiFangWeiPian is at the second place(inhibitory % ),but bination has the least effect(%) . Conclusions SiFangWEiPian Amotidine and bination all have effct on inhibiting acute gastromucous injury,but the effects are differernt.
