Methods A total of 120 cases with infantile antibiotic-associated diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , and each group contained 60 cases. All cases received basic treatment , and the treatment group was treated by bifidobacterium ine tablet in addition. The frequency , quantity and characteristics of the cases ’ stools were recorded.
