To this end , it is to find ways and methods of improving the teaching ability of vocational college teachers at different levels from the macro and micro levels. Key words voc ational colleges; information technology; informationalized teaching ability 0 引言如今, 信息化已经渗透到了社会生活和经济生活的各个方面, 成为当今世界发展的潮流。职业教育的发展也因为信息化的渗透迎来了新的机遇和挑战。 2011 年,教育部出台了《教育信息化十年发展规划( 2011-202 0 年)》, 其中明确指出“职业教育信息化是培养高素质劳动者和技能型人才的重要支撑,是教育信息化需要着重加强的薄弱环节”。为此,国家也越来越重视职业教育信息化的发展与投入。近两年,各职业院校也在基础设施建设和信息资源建设等方面投入大量财力和物力。但是大部分院校都由于老师信息化水平欠缺而使得这些信息化资源闲置, 成为摆设。加之当今信息技术日新月异, 导致好多信息设备还没有使用便已被淘汰, 造成资源的严重浪费。为了有效提升淮安地区职业院校老师的信息化教学
