应用层次分析法构建中国煤炭城市
生态环境质量评价指标体系

摘要:煤炭城市是一类特殊而重要的小型城市群体,如何协调其经济发展与环境保护的关
系已经称为当前的重要研究课题。结合煤炭城市的具体特点,构建了一套综合的煤炭城市
生态环境评价指标体系, 并运用层次分析法(AHP) 对各个评价因子的权重进行了判断并
分类,旨在更科学而合理地反映煤炭城市生态环境质量,为矿区环境保护提供依据。

Abstract : As a kind of special small munity, coal city is very important. At present , it is an
urgent task that how to harmonize the relationship between economic development and environment pro
tection in coal cities. According to the characteristic of coal cities in China , the ecological environment
quality assessment index system was constructed in this paper , and all the indexes were divided in three
grades using AHP method by different weights. The system may assess the ecological environment quality
more reasonably and direct the environment protection more scientifically in coal cities.
