文档介绍：中文摘要随着城市的发展,城市空间不断向外扩展,原来在郊外的老工业区逐渐发展为城市的一部分,占据了城市中比较好的地段,加上工业污染的排放,给城市带来交通拥堵、环境污染等各种问题,影响了城市的发展和居民的身体健康。政府已经意识到问题的严重性,开始大力推进全国老工业区调整改造工作。而当前我国的三线城市正处在发展困境寻求转型阶段,急需对其老工业区进行改造。城市旧区的改造与城市的发展是彼此相互依存相互制约的。本文正是在这一背景下,以三线城市老工业区的改造为研究对象,试图在深刻分析三线老工业区的发展和规划的基础上,找到基于可持续发展理论对其进行改造规划的方法。论文首先梳理了三线城市老工业区发展与规划演变过程,指出了现阶段老工业区发展和规划的问题和老工业区未来发展趋势。然后分析了老工业区改造更新与可持续发展的耦合关系,提出了基于可持续发展的老工业区改造原则和对策,最后基于可持续发展理论,从城市整体系统优化的角度出发,系统的提出老工业区改造规划中制定战略定位、梳理城市空间结构、优化集约利用土地资源、工业遗产保护与再利用,以及城市空间塑造的规划方法,并结合荆门市象山老工业区改造规划实践进行了分析。关键词:“三线城市”,老工业区,改造,规划,可持续发展 Abstract With thedevelopment ofthecity,urban space isincreasingly expanding outward· The original oldindustrialarealocated inthesuburbs,have gradually developed as a part ofthecity,which have occupied alotofgold sections inthecitycoupled w曲 theindustrial pollution has brought avariety ofissues such astraffic congeStion and environmental pollution,which has affected thecity’sdevelopment and戗1e healthof the government hasrealized theseriousness ofthe problem and begun tovigorously promote the old industrial area’sadjustment and reconstmction over the country In view ofthe development predicament and requirements ofseeking transformation inthecitiesofthird-line,the oldindustrial areas are inurgent need forreconstruction current.
