第17条 二级商业中心规划
五个二级商业中心分别为中站组团二级商业中心、马村组团二级商业中心、六号院二级商业中心、焦南组团东部二级商业中心和高新组团二级商业中心。
第18条 中站组团二级商业中心，建设控制范围南到解放路，西到涟深河，北到工农路，东到紫荆路。营业面积控制在6万平方米左右，%，服务人口为14万人，商业用地控制在25公顷左右。业态以大中型超市、专卖店、百货店、专业店为主。
