1992年，在市社教队的主持下，我村山林公开出租承包给我村村民王本柱等四户，无人提出任何异议，公证处也办理了合同公证，合同中明确四址界限含帮发枯井等7块林地。2005年，瑞市村陈友龙购买我村集体山林中的木材，高峰村王本发以越界采伐了木材而引发纠纷。经前任与现任村支书李得任，朱芳升共同处理，认同确实越界，由我村补偿王本发林木款500元。可见当时李得任知晓我村处理变卖集体山林中的木材，与人发生纠纷后也是由村支书朱芳升代表村里补偿王本发林木款500元的，作为复议申请人的主要代表李得任当时并未提出异议。也就是说他认同帮发枯井等7块林地属我村所有的事实。
