酯交换法合成碳酸二甲酯研究

摘要
通过酯交换法, 以甲醇和碳酸丙烯酯(PC) 为原料, 反应精馏合成碳酸二甲酯, 筛
选出最佳催化剂, 确定了其用量, 考察了原料配比等对反应转化率的影响。研究结果表
明: 催化剂CH S—1 和CH S—2 催化效果较好, 其较佳用量为 0 4%~ 0 5% (相对于甲
醇的质量) , 甲醇与 PC 的质量比为 8~ 10, 反应停留时间为 40~ 60m in。本文报道的酯
交换工艺具有一定的工业应用价值。

Abstract
D im ethyl carbonate has been syn thesized by tran sesterification of m ethano l w ith
p ropylene carbonate u sing CH S—1 and CH S—2 as catalysts. T he effect of amoun t of
catalyst and w eigh t ratio s of m ethano l to p ropylene carbonate et al. on the yield of
transesterification have been studied. T he experim en tal resu lts show ed that the op ti
m um conditions are: the amoun t of catalyst 0 4%~ 0 5% , w eigh t ratio of m ethano l to
p ropylene carbonate 8~ 10 and reaction tim e 40~ 60 m inu tes. T h is p rocess of tran ses
terification by reactive distillation is of value in indu strial p roduction.
