文档介绍：5摘要非传统安全在国际关系领域扮演着越来越重要的角色,使得对非传统安全的研究持续升温,非传统安全的问题正受到国内外学者越来越多的关注。网络安全是非传统安全领域中一个既新颖又复杂的课题,随着计算机的迅速普及和网络的超速发展,网络安全在国家安全中的地位正逐步上升,逐步受到相关领域研究人员的重视。有更多的学者、专家和组织投入时间、精力去研究网络安全与国家安全相互关系、相互影响,应对网络安全的战略举措。计算机网络的快速发展给国际关系领域的研究带来一系列问题。现代社会各行各业都开始广泛应用计算机及计算机网络进行生产、管理、运作,对计算机网络的依赖逐步加深,这就使得网络安全对国家安全产生重要的影响,并逐渐成为国家安全中的一个重要因素,成为国际关系学者研究的一个重要方面。对什么是网络安全、网络安全有何重要性、与国家安全的关系如何、网络安全包含哪些问题进行系统的研究,探讨如何应对这些问题,分析总结我国在该领域的相关对策与战略措施,对于我国国家安全及其理论研究都有着重要的理论意义和现实意义。文章意图通过一个比较综合全面的角度去研究网络安全的相关问题,系统分析网络安全在国家安全的重要性,网络安全与国家安全的相互关系,网络安全与政治安全、经济安全、军事安全、文化安全等的相互关系,分析当今社会中,网络安全所涉及到的主要问题及其特征,并对相关问题作出一些解释,分析我国目前在网络安全领域所面临的一些问题及挑战,并试图对我国的网络安全战略提出一些自己的看法以及有积极意义的建议。关键词:安全观;网络安全;信息安全;国家安全 6Abstract The non-traditional security plays a more and more important role in the international relations. The research to the non-traditional security is increasingly heated, and the problem of the non-traditional security is gaining more and more concerns of demostic and international scholars. Network security is a new plicated problem in the non-traditional security. With the rapid popularization puters and the overspeed development of work, the status work security in the national security is ascending work security gets regarding of related field. More scholars, experts anizations throw time, energy in studying correlations and interaction of work security and and national security, and strategic action coping with work security. The rapid developmet of work brings a series of new problems for the research in the international relations.
