摘要: 基于全球能源的日益紧缺和汽车市场的竞争加剧,汽车的轻量化设计已成为制造
商降低成本和提高市场竞争力的重要手段。但轻量化设计最直接的影响就是零部件刚度和模
态性能的降低。以国内某款优化后的车为例,优化后发现侧门的腰线刚度性能降低较大,针
对此问题提出了三种修改方案:增加腰线加强板厚度,优化焊点及胶的布置点,利用
OptiStruct 对腰线加强板进行形貌优化。对三种方案进行了对比分析,结果发现:第三种方
案在侧门重量和成本不增加的情况下,可满足腰线刚度的目标值。

Abstract:With the global energy growing shortage and petition of automobile
market sharpening, automotive lightweight design has e the main way to decrease
cost and enhance the petitiveness. The effect of automotive lightweight was
performance depreciation to stiffness and mode. Taken a certain car for example, the
optimization result show that the waistline stiffness performance of front side door
decreased sharply. For this thing, three solutions were proposed, including increasing the
reinforced plate thickness, improving the position of weld spot and glue spot,and using
the topography optimization method to optimize the reinforced plate with the OptiStruct.
parative analysis among three solutions pleted, the results show that
the third solution could meet the stiffness
