摘要:股利政策是上市公司非常重要的财务决策。由于与股东的自身利益紧密相关,所以股东非常关注公司的股利政策,并且会通过一定的方式影响股利政策的制定。商业银行上市是为了解决自身在经营管理中的诸多问题,这些问题的解决需要一个良好的公司治理结构。只有通过上市来实现股权的多元化,才能建立适合商业银行发展的产权结构和公司治理结构,提高商业银行经营管理水平和经营效率,因此国有商业银行上市己经成为不可逆转的大趋势。商业银行上市后,其股利分配具有非常强烈的信号传递效应,上市银行的股利变动对其他银行的股价行为具有关联影响。
本文在阐明股利分配政策相关理论问题的基础上,分析银行业上市公司股利分配的现状,总结其存在的问题及原因,并提出改善银行业上市公司股利分配问题的对策。

Abstract:Dividend policy is a very important financial decision, the survival of panies, key to development. As the dividend policy and is closely related to self-interest of shareholders, the shareholders are very concerned about pany's dividend policy, and will affect in some way by the formulation of dividend policy. Listing mercial banks to solve their own in the management of many problems, these problems requires a sound corporate governance structure, but the market for corporate governance has a direct role in promoting the establishment. State-mercial banks is based on the original property the root causes of these problems are only achieved through the equity market diversification in order to build capacity for the development mercial banks and structures. mercial banks to improve management level and operational efficiency, but it can also be negative effects from the stock market. State-mercial banks have e an irreversible trend, but stocks were listed whether the expected results, the state-mercial banks, the property right in munity.
