摘要:不同型腔截面势必会影响水辅共注射成型的成型质量,本文利用CFD流体分析软件对不同型腔截面的充填过程进行数值模拟,并借助自主搭建的水辅共注射成型实验平台进行实验研究。研究发现数值模拟与试验结果吻合良好,验证了数值模拟的准确性。同时,研究结果显示:不同截面形状边角处温度降低较多,在边角处形成的残余壁厚较厚;水在正方形截面、凸字形截面以及半圆和矩形组合体截面中的穿透截面形状更加接近圆形;而水在矩形截面中的穿透截面形状接近椭圆形;内层熔体和水的穿透截面在距离入水口较近的地方穿透截面小,在距离入水口远的地方穿透截面大。

Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study on Effect of Cavity Sections on Water - Assisted Co-Injection Molding

Abstract:Different cavity section shapes were bound to affect the quality of water-assisted co-injection molding quality, The CFD fluid analysis software was used to simulated the filling process of different cavities, and experimental investigation were did with a lab-developed water injection system .Numerical simulation studies have found good agreement with the experimental results ,and verified the accuracy of numerical simulation. Meanwhile, the study results showed that: the melt temperature droped more at the corners of different cross-sectional shapes, so the the corners formed a thick residual wall thickness; water rating cross section was closer to a circular at the square cross section、convex cross section and a semi - circular and posite cross section; while the water rating cross section was close to an oval in a rectangular cross-section. ration cross-section of inner melt and water far away from the inlet were
