3 毕业设计（论文）指导教师的条件和职责

具备上述条件之一即具备指导教师的资格，但在毕业设计（论文）的某些环节确有指导能力的人员，虽然不具备上述条件可以参与毕业设计的指导工作，但不能独立指导毕业设计（论文）。首次指导毕业设计的教师,各学院应安排岗前培训。指导教师由教研室(或专业组)安排，经学院审查，报教务处备案。
在校外做毕业设计（论文），可采用合作指导的形式聘请合作单位中级职称以上的科研人员、工程技术人员担任指导，但仍应有本专业讲师以上的教师作指导，掌握进度、要求，协调有关问题。学院应有校外做毕业设计（论文）学生、指导教师和校内指导教师汇总表，并有具体联络方式或监督计划表，同时要杜绝具备指导教师资格的教师只挂名不参与实际指导工作的行为。
指导教师应履行以下职责：
