Audience strategy includes answering five sets of questions:
Who are they?
What do they know?
What do they need?
What do they feel?
How can you motivate them?
1. Who are they?
(1) Who should be included in your audience?
Primary audience
Secondary audience
Gatekeeper
Opinion leader
Key decision-maker
思考:Suppose you are a sales rep of pany and you are
writing a proposal to sell 1) some expensive medical

do you think are your audience?

How interested are they in your message?
What is their probable bias: positive, neutral, or negative? What are the things they might agree/disagree with?
