二、总开展目标：
做一名思想超前、师德高尚、行为标准、具有一定开拓创新精神的体育教师；做一名理论功底深厚、科研能力较强、专业技能突出的体育教师。 树立终身学****的观念，抓住平时的点滴时间读书，进行长期的有效的学****增强理论底蕴，专心写作，不断提升教育科研水平，在实践中总结，在总结中实践，做个学****型教师。
2022年度目标：成为一名真正的学****型教师，成为合格的青年教师
1、努力学****新课程理论，认真上好体育课，把新课程理论运用到实际教学中。
2、认真准备一节公开课，先在本教研组出示，然后争取在全校出示。
3、研读1-2本体育专业书籍，并做好学****笔记。
4、努力争取在试用期考核中取的好成绩。
2022年度目标：各项工作更上一层楼，在体育训练特别是田径方面有所突破。
