文档介绍:本科毕业设计题目: 玉米剥皮机的设计英文题目: The Design of the Corn Peeling Machine 学院: 机电工程学院专业: 机械设计制造及其自动化姓名: 刘海东学号: 20120460113 指导教师: 柏秀芳 2016 年5月 10日 I 毕业设计独创性声明该毕业设计是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。文中除了特别加以标注和致谢的地方外,不包含其他人或其他机构已经发表或撰写过的研究成果。其他同志对本研究的启发和所做的贡献均已在论文中作了明确的声明并表示了谢意。作者签名: 日期: 年月日毕业设计使用授权声明本人完全了解青岛滨海学院有关保留、使用毕业设计的规定,即:学校有权保留送交毕业设计的复印件,允许被查阅和借阅;学校可以公布全部或部分内容,可以采用影印、缩印或其他复制手段保存该毕业设计。保密的毕业设计在解密后遵守此规定。作者签名: 导师签名: 日期: 年月日 III 摘要: 在玉米分段收获时,玉米手工剥皮工序劳动强度大,费工时和误农时,且影响玉米的产量和质量,针对我国玉米收获后剥皮这个重要环节,设计出场上玉米剥皮机,它替代了传统人工剥皮的紧张劳动,减轻了人们的劳动强度,提高了劳动效率, 有效地防止了因剥皮不及时而造成的玉米霉烂的损失,从而给农民带来了一定的经济效益。本设计采用 2 对辊机型,可满足不同用户的需求,同时该机结构简单,调整方便可靠,采用电动机作为动力。为满足设计要求,剥皮装置中的剥皮辊采用螺旋铁辊和橡胶辊组合的玉米剥皮辊,并且两辊高低配置,且可以根据玉米棒的大小不同, 通过弹簧调节两辊间的距离。这避免了传统设计方法中铸铁辊对玉米籽粒的损伤,而且在结构上比传统设计的更加合理。经过设计、计算、校核,该机符合设计要求,并且剥皮装置较传统的传动系统有所改进,更适合在广大农村推广使用。关键词:机械玉米剥皮机螺旋铁辊橡胶辊 IV Abstract: In the corn harvest segmented, corn hand peeling operation labor intensity big, it wastes time and miss the farming season and affected the maize yield and quality, in view of China's corn harvest after peeling the important link, appearance design of corn peeling machine. It replaced the traditional manual peeling the intensive labor, reduces the labor intensity of people, improve labor efficiency, effectively prevent the peeling isnot timely and corn mildew caused by the loss, thus to farmers brought some economic benefits. The design uses 2 pairs of roller models, can meet the needs of different users, while the machine structure is simple, convenient and reliable adjustment, using the motor as the power. In order to meet the design requirements, peeling device for peeling and the spiral iron rollers and rubber bination of maize peeling roller, and two and the level of configuration, and can according to the different size of corn on the cob, regulate the distance between two roll through the spring. This avoids the damage to the corn grain in the traditional design method, and the structure is more reasonable than the traditional one. Through the design, calculation
