大风警报〔橙色〕
根据最新气象资料分析，受贝加尔湖东移南压冷空气和南方倒槽系统共同影响，预计胜利油区从28日凌晨开始将出现一次大风大浪并伴有小雨〔雪〕的天气过程。届时转东北风,内陆5-6级，海区7-8级，浪高4米左右。大风期间油田近海沿岸增水80cm左右，局部岸段接近或超过警戒水位。大风持续2-3天。冷空气影响期间气温持续下降，过程降温4-7度，冷空气过后，12月1-2日最
