后勤保障部工作职责
1、贯彻执行党和国家的方针政策，遵守医院规章制度，按时上下班，努力工作，廉洁奉公，做好班组群众的表率。
2、树立为医、教、研第一线效劳的思想，经常深入班组、科室病区了解情况，协助主任做好上传下达任务和各部门的协调工作。
3、掌握本科各时期中心任务，制订工作方案和实施方法，做好分工管辖工作，按轻重缓急合理安排工作。

4、团结协作，分工不分家，经常总结经验，不断提高工作质量和业务水平。
5、文明礼貌办公，热情做好对内外的联系接待接待工作 ，积极收集各项工作反响信息，提出建设性意见，做好领导参谋。
6、完成领导临时交办其它工作。
司机班长职责
1、负责司机班的政治学****和行政管理工作。
2、按时做好每月的考勤，组织安排好全班的业务学****不断提高技术水平。
3、催促检查司机遵守操作规程，执行各项规章制度，坚持每周的交通平安规章学****抓好行车平安，防止交通事故。
4、严格车辆管理制度，根据派车单做好每日用车安排，确保救护车的急诊使用，搞好医院运输工作。
5、安排好车辆的正常大修，维修、保养和年审工作。
6、做好车辆年度用油及各种票证的更换工作。
7、完成科长交办的其它任务。
汽车驾驶员职责
1、坚守工作岗位，做好开车前的准备工作，接到任务后，迅速出车〔救护车必须保证5分钟内出车〕。
2、定期检修，保养车辆，平安行驶，记录车辆运行情况。
3、节约用油，在有条件情况下，保证半箱油。
4、遵守交通规那么，不擅自开车，公私用车均凭派车单，汽车回院后，驾驶员要填好公里数并签名。
