435 名儿童的儿童期虐待问卷调查

【摘要】目的:调查中国儿童的儿童期虐待情况。方法:采用儿童期虐待问卷自评量表对 435 名儿童测评。结果:
在被调查的 435 名儿童中,情感虐待、躯体虐待、性虐待和情感忽视发生率分别为 45. 1 %、32. 4 %、25. 5 %和 99.
5 %。在儿童期虐待严重程度方面,除男性儿童较女性儿童有更严重的性虐待和儿童期虐待总分(分别为 5. 92 ± 2.
22 和 30. 27 ± 6. 8 ;5. 55 ± 1. 34 和 28. 87 ± 6. 07) 外,余两性之间均无显著性差异。结果还显示儿童期虐待通常是数
种虐待类型同时存在。结论:在本研究样本中,儿童期虐待是一种较为普遍的现象。

ea. Methods : A cross - sectional survey was conducted in 435 middle school students by anonymous self - administered question
naire. Data were collected with a questionnaire of the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ - SF) . Results : In this study , the
prevalence of emotional abuse ,physical abuse , and sexual abuse were 45. 1 % , 32. 4 % , 25. 5 % ,respectively. No difference in
prevalence was found between male and female students ( P > 0. 05) . But male students had higher scores in sexual abuse severity
(5
