项目验收的实施
严格按照验收方案对项目应用软件、系统文档资料等进行全面的测试和验收。
提交验收报告

召开项目验收评审会

验收程序
〔一〕初验
1、申请：项目后经测试和试运行合格，供给商根据合同、招标书、计划任务书，检查、总结项目完成情况后向建设方提出初验申请。
2、方式：建设方组织人员进行初验。
3、供给商提供材料：初验申请书、完工报告、项目总结，以及要求的验收评审资料。
〔二〕终验
1、申请：初验合格后，承建方根据合同、招标书、任务书，检查、总结项目组织实施和完成情况后向建设方提出验收申请。
2、经过审核，材料齐全则由建设方组织验收。
验收工作由专家、建设方和供给商项目组人员一起组成验收小组进行验收，验收后提交验收报告。
