其中：根底养老金=〔全省上年度在岗职工月平均工资＋本人指数化月平均缴费工资〕/2*缴费年限*1％=全省上年度在岗职工月平均工资(1＋本人平均缴费指数)/2 * 缴费年限*1 %
本人平均缴费工资指数=〔a1/Al+a2/AZ+ ....＋an/An)/N
公式中，a1、a2 .....an 为参保人员退休前1年、2 年.......n年本人缴费工资额；A1、A2 … … An 为参保人员退休前1年、2年...n 年当地职工平均工资；N为企业和职工实际缴纳根本养老保险费的年限
个人账户养老金＝个人账户全部储存额/计发月数
计发月数：就是退休人员在该年龄时点退休对应的余命，跟退休年龄有关，而且年龄越大，计发月数越小，比方：
50周岁退休的，对应的计发月数是195；
55周岁退休的，对应的计发月数是170；
60周岁退休的，对应的计发月数是139。
3〕假设不满足领取条件，那么可在退休后申请继续缴纳养老保险费，待缴费年限累计满15年时，再办理退休手续，按月领取根本养老保险待遇。
4〕职工关于养老保险标准和待遇等详细事项可向兰州市人力资源和社会保障局或者公司人力资源部咨询。
2、失业保险
1〕参加失业保险一年以上，在法定就业年龄内非本人意愿中断就业的人员在终止或解除劳动关系之日起60日内，可向公司提出失业保险领取的书面申请，由公司统一至兰州市失业保险经办机构办理失业保险申领手续，并通知失业员工在规定的时间领取失业保险金。
