摘要:在快速制造的时代,任何的企业都需要考虑产品全周期内的产品质量,控制质量成本,建立忠实的客户群,遥遥领先同行的企业,尤其是在一个制造大国,制造业是任何一国的支柱,只有先进的理论加上好的企业文化,把质量作为第一的企业才能永久的生存,所以质量控制是很重要的。综述通过综合性的论述,来介绍质量控制的重要性,旨在让企业重视这个很重要的问题。

Abstract: In the era of rapid manufacturing, companies need to consider any of the products entire life cycle of product quality, quality control costs, build a loyal customer base, ahead of panies, especially in a manufacturing country, any country's manufacturing sector is pillar, only advanced the theory with good corporate culture, the quality as the first enterprise to a permanent life, so quality control is very important. Through prehensive overview of the discussion, to introduce the importance of quality control designed to allow enterprises to pay attention to this very important issue.

前言
进入21世纪,在这个快速制造的时代,我们要面临许多的选择,可要站得住脚,每一个生产产品的企业无不在考虑着产品的质量,做的好与不好,最直接最有效的就是产品在消费群体中的影响,也就是质量。而质量的可靠则是通过质量控制来完成的,所以质量控制在制造业中是非常重要的。
那么什么是质量?何为质量控制呢?国际标准化组织所制定的ISO8402-1994《质量术语》标准中,对质量作了如下的定义:“质量是反映实体满足明确或隐含需要能力的特征和特征的总和。” ISO9000:2000 对“质量”定义是一组固有特性满足要求的程度。定义中特性是指事物所特有的性质,固有特性是事物本来就有的,它是通过产品、过程或体系设计和开发及其后之实现过程形成的属性。例如:物质特性(如机械、电气、化学或生物特性)、官感特性
