摘要
城市中的道路交通相关问题一直是各个国家的国民经济、生态环境及社会发展所长期面临的重要战略问题之一。城市道路交通微循环系统是城市交通系统的子系统，他不仅维持着城市道路交通功能的稳定运转，而且对道路ad microcirculation network organization optimization. The lower plan ning model adopts the user equilibrium flow distribution to optimize the vehicle's path sele ction. The evaluation function of multi - optimization target programming is established by using the coefficient of function method, and the detailed process of solving the model by using the popular intelligent genetic algorithm is expounded.
By solving the two-layer model, it can determine the road network composition of the road traffic microcirculation system and the improvement of the traffic capacity gain after the improvement of the road organization. It is shown that the reasonable planning and desi gn of urban traffic microcirculation system is helpful to make full use of urban idle road re sources to solve the traffic congestion problem in the city.
