文档介绍:2016 届分类号: TH222 单位代码: 10452 毕业论文(设计) 可伸缩式皮带输送机的设计姓名学号年级专业机械设计制造及其自动化系(院) 机械工程学院指导教师 2016 年4月10日 I 摘要本论文是可伸缩式皮带输送机的设计。此输送机是一种高运输效率,有效便捷,满足多种场合的需求的摩擦驱动连续运送方式。此皮带输送机利用抽屉原理,搭载最新款的电动滚筒可以源源不断提供动力,采用螺旋传送方式将下层皮带抽出以满足不同距离的输送要求,由于第二层在下面所以第二层可以不具有反转的要求,只有第一层可以来往运输,还在输送机的下面设计了轮子以方便输送机的移动。倾斜动力源的设计来自于对农村运土三轮车车厢动力的模仿。本设计首先对皮带机作了简单的概述,然后指出设计方向,做出方案选择,然后对传动系统选型,最后进行设计计算。关键词:移动;伸缩机构; 皮带输送机 II A BSTRACT This paper isa telescopic belt conveyor design.
