【摘要】:高管团队认知能力是高管们对环境的一种解读方式,这种解读方式直接反映了企业内外环境的变化,影响着企业的战略决策。但迄今为止,国内外学者却一直未找到有效途径来探讨认知能力如何影响战略决策,其影响途径一直是学术界致力打开的一个“黑盒子”。本文从认知能力的内涵切入,创建了“辨识/调适”二维矩阵模型。该模型将高管团队认知能力划分为四种类型,本文将逐一分析各种类型对战略决策的影响,同时为类型间的转换提出了针对性的策略,为研究高管团队认知能力与战略决策的关系探索出一条创新的研究路径。

Two-dimensional matrix model of cognitive ability of top management team

Abstract
Cognitive ability of top management team is the way of interpreting the environment for executives, which directly reflects changes in the environment both inside and outside, affecting the corporation’ strategic decision-making. But so far, scholars at home and abroad have not found effective solutions,a“black box” that academia has mitted on, to explore how they affect strategic decision-making. Starting from the connotation of cognitive ability of top management team, this paper creates “identification/adaptation” two-dimensional matrix. According to this model, cognitive ability is divided into four types, and we shall analyze how each type impacts on strategic decision-making, meanwhile, we shall also provide targeted strategies for the conversion between different types, to fin
