Researchers have been working on the hydraulic slide construction in the whole process of XianYang 60tons/year methanol project. They studied the hydraulic slide system design including hydraulic upgrade system design, template system design, the electrical system design, template system installation, sliding mode construction, the dismantling of the sliding system safety technical measures, and measures for quality assurance. Based on the analysis of the common problem in the construction, researchers put forward corresponding control measures to solve the problems scientifically, identifie design plan and installation technology requirements reasonablely and perfect the Hydraulic Slip Form Construction process. From the example, the Hydraulic Slip Form Construction is not only a technological innovation, but also a effectively way to guarantee the quality of silos building, reduce cost, improve the economic benefit and provide some experience for reference.
