本公司使用本作业指导是书满足质量体系对厂房设备等基础设施的要求，使之符合Equipmentdownrepc

对于生产及辅助设备(空调,压缩机,起重设备及变电所)的故障，当事人应及时填
写《设备维修单》并通知维修人员进行维修。对于最终的维修结果必须经过设备
工程师认可。维修单中必修准确详细地记录故障发生时间，
维修措施应作详细记录，以备参考。
