摘要:【目的】了解吸烟男大学生拒绝吸烟自我效能感的影响因素。【方法】采用分层抽样的方法对194名吸烟男大学生进行拒绝吸烟自我效能感、一般基本情况及吸烟情况调查。【结果】多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,吸烟男大学生拒绝吸烟自我效能感的危险因素是授课老师吸烟(OR=),保护因素是年级(OR=)、愿意接受戒烟帮助(OR=)。【结论】高校应明令禁止授课老师在校园吸烟,从低年级开始开展吸烟危害的健康教育课程,为有意愿戒烟的学生提供戒烟帮助,均能有效提高吸烟男大学生拒绝吸烟的能力。

The research on the influence factors of smoking refusal self-efficacy for male college smoking students
Abstract: 【Objective】 To investigate the influence factors of smoking refusal self-efficacy for male college smoking students. 【Methods】 A systematic sampling method was used collect the information of smoking self-efficacy, general situation and smoking on 194 smoking male college students.【Results】 the results of multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factor of smoking refusal self-efficacy was teacher smoking (OR=), while the protective factors were grade (OR=), willing to accept the help to quit (OR=).【Conclusion】 colleges and universities should prohibit teachers smoking in the campus; from low grade to begin the health education curriculum of smoking is hazardous; offering the help of quit smoking for the will students, all of those can improve the refusal ability for male college smoking students.
