中小型水利工程施工管理措施
摘要:随着我们的管理体制机制日益健全完善,施工方作为质量控制的主体,对工程质量做到事前重视、事中控制。而对于中小型水利工程由于其自身的很多特殊性,要想在施工过程当中进行有效的质量控制是比较困难的。文章结合具体的工程实例对中小型的水利工程的施工管理进行了分析,结合中小型水利工程的特点,阐述了加强其施工管理的方法。

Abstract: With the development of our management system and mechanism is perfect, the construction side as the main quality control, to control in advance, it emphasis on the engineering quality. For small and medium-sized water conservancy engineering because of its many particularity, want to be in the construction process of the effective quality control is more difficult. Based on the construction and management of specific project for small and medium-sized water conservancy project were analyzed, combined with the characteristics of small and medium-sized water conservancy engineering, expounds the methods of strengthening the construction management.

1、中小型水利工程主要特征
中小型水利工程施工管理系统的组成十分复杂,影响因素多变。只有找出工程施工原理的特性,才能在实践中作出科学的工作计划,完成工程施丁管理工作。工程施工管理的主要特征如下:涉及学科多。工程施工管理工作涉及地质、气象、网林、经济、法律、管理等学科。缺少统一的量化标准。。给工程施工管理带来一定的难度。涉及法律法规多。工程施工管理涉及恰同法》等,同时涉及水利、电力、道路、土地、矿山、城建等相关部门的法律法规。不确定性。对工程施工管理影响因素主要有两种:一是人为因素;二是自然因素。其中自然因素有水文气象、地形地貌、地质构造、土壤类型等因素,中小型水利工程的自然因素显得尤为重要,甚至可能决定工程的成败;人为因索主要表现为参与施工人员的技术素质、工作态度、协调配合能力等。上述某些因素具有不确定性,如地震、山体滑坡、泥石流等自
