提高政工队伍素质初探
摘要:随着社会主义现代化建设的快速发展,科学的可持续发展观已成为现代事业单位的发展思想。现在社会中人们的生活方式、内容及思想观念都不再单一,事业单位管理的方式、环境也不得不随之改变,由过去的单方面注重生产管理转向生产和思想教育两手抓,良好的思想政治教育能够为事业单位提供稳定的发展环境,提升事业单位的竞争力,为事业单位的可持续发展提供强大的后盾。因此,加强政工干部队伍建设,提高政工干部的素质是事业单位能否可持续、快速发展的关键。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the construction of socialist modernization, scientific concept of sustainable development has e the development idea of modern institutions. Now the society, people's life style, content and ideas are not single, environmental institution management way, also had to change, from the unilateral pay attention to production management to production and ideological education with both hands, the ideological and political education good can provide a stable environment for development for the institutions, to enhance petitiveness of institutions, to provide a strong backing of sustainable development as a business unit. Therefore, to strengthen the construction of cadres, improve the political work cadre's quality is the key institutions of sustainable, rapid development.

一、加强事业单位政工队伍建设的必要性
。在市场经济环境中,获取效益是事业单位的根本。在事业单位生产经营管理中,政工人员工作较为务虚,无论何种性质的政工工作,都无法对事业单位产生直接的经济效益。这使得事业单位政工人员较难在实际工作中找到实现自我价值的平台,时间久之,其工作积极性往往受到负面影响。但在新的时代形势下,事业单位政工人员适应新的要求,培养自己新的思想观念,首先要认清形势、转变观念,具备与时俱进的思想理念;其次要虚实结合、化虚为实,紧密联系政工工作特点,
