摘要:建筑企业在我国现代社会发展中起了很大的推进作用,同时由于人们对建筑数量和品质的不断提高企业本身的经济效益,已成为每一个建筑企业管理者所关切的重要问题。为增强我国建筑企业市场竞争力,使其能够屹立在日益激烈的建筑市场竞争中,必须加强对其经济管理体系的创新,以此,不断提升我国建筑企业的核心竞争力。本文分析了建筑企业经济管理存在的问题,并深入的分析了我国建筑企业经济管理的完善策略。

Abstract: Construction enterprises play a significant role in promoting China's development of modern society, at the same time, because the people of construction quantity and quality continues to improve enterprise economic benefits, has e an important problem of every construction enterprise managers concern. In order to enhance petitiveness of construction enterprises in China market, so that it can stand in the increasingly petition in construction market, must strengthen the innovation, the economic management system in order, continue to enhance the petitiveness of construction enterprises in china. 前言
我国的建筑企业的经济效益同发达国家相比,差距较大,究其原因,主要在于我们管理很落后,即人、财、物不能得到合理的利用,人们缺乏工作的积极性,企业现代化的实现,必须要依赖先进的管理,如果只有人才、资金、技术、设备,没有先进的管理,是不能有效提高劳动生产率。建筑企业要产生更大经济效益和社会效益,管理是关键。
