本次培训中，对我印象最深的就是教师行为的自我调适这部分，看完这部分很有感触，对我启发也甚大，使我在今后的教学中能够自我约束和处理好师生关系。在刚开始教学时，因为学生上课不守纪律的问题被我罚抄作业，但是当发现这也属于一种变相的体罚时，我感到很迷茫，也给我自己出了一道难题，到底该如何来教导我的学生？如何才能使他们快乐的学****如何才能使他们遵守纪律，如何才能不给他们的心理造成负担？抛弃一切体罚以及变相体罚措施，我能做的就是用耐心用委婉的语气去对待我的学生，对学生进行经常性的教育，个人谈话，以及家校沟通，了解学生家庭情况以及适当的反映学生在校学****情况，绝对不是向家长告状之类的事情，通过与家长的合作共同辅导孩子，时常关注学生的情况，从各方面去鼓励他，称赞他，这样其成绩进步速度快，在学****和守纪行为上有很大的改善。
