摘要:加强领导干部作风建设,是地勘单位贯彻落实科学发展观、保持党的纯洁性、提高经营管理水平和构建和谐单位的战略需要。加强领导干部作风建设,要把思想作风建设放在第一位,加强学风、领导作风、工作作风和生活作风建设,以坚强的领导作风促进地勘单位又好又快发展,为国家经济建设和社会发展提供能源和资源支撑。

政治路线确定之后,干部就是决定的因素。领导干部是贯彻落实党的路线方针政策、团结带领广大人民群众为完成党的历史任务而奋斗的骨干力量,在整个党的事业中居于重要地位。地勘单位要实现科学发展、持续发展,就必须结合自身实际,紧紧围绕贯彻落实科学发展观,促进经济又好又快发展,构建和谐富裕地勘单位这一基本要求,扎扎实实地加强领导干部思想作风、学风、领导作风、工作作风和生活作风建设,为实现地勘事业快速发展提供动力支持。
一、加强地勘单位领导干部作风建设的重要意义
党的作风建设是党的建设的永恒课题,我们党一向重视干部的作风建设。早在延安时期,毛泽东同志就一直强调干部作风在党风建设中的关键作用;邓小平同志把执政党的党风提到关系党的生死存亡的高度;胡锦涛同志强调要全面加强领导干部作风建设,倡导树立八个方面良好风气。加强领导干部作风建设,对于地勘单位改革发展稳定有着十分重要的作用。
首先,是贯彻落实科学发展观的现实需要。
