我国医药企业社会责任的履行总体状况目前，我国部分医药企业社会责任意识淡薄，存在社会责任缺失现象，如医药产品质量不稳定；价廉但疗效确切的药品供给不足；药价虚高；忽视药品不良反应监测；虚报瞒报企业经营状况；污染环境；不能及时为员工依法缴纳各种保险金、提供劳动保护、发放加班补贴等。其中，药品质量及信息传递问题最为突出，严重影响了消费者的生命安全。此前发生的“齐二药事件”“奥美定事件”“欣弗事件”“鱼腥草注射液事件”等，均表明我国医药企业社会责任履行现状不容乐观。
四、促使我国医药企业履行社会责任的途径
