Methods: Zorbax SBC18 column (250 mm × mm, 5μ m) was used. The mobile phase was consisted of mmol/L tetrabutylammonium bromide solution (adjusted pH to with ammonia water)acetonitrile (72 ∶ 28). The flow rate was mL/min. And detection wavelength was set at 207 nm. Results: The calibration curve of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate was linear in range of ~ mg/mL. The RSD of intraday and interday assays was % and %, respectively. Satisfactory separation between diisopropylamine dichloroacetate and its main degradation product was obtained. Conclusions: The method is convenient, selective and effective for determination of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate.
