二、评选办法
（一）采取自下而上，逐级评选的办法。即全县电化教育教学能手必须通过学校教研组讨论推荐，学校评委评选，公示后上报县教育局评选产生。各学校要根据评选的条件和要求，结合实际情况，制定具体的评选办法，评选县级电化教育教学能手候选人。
（二）在各学校上报材料的基础上，东明县各学科评审小组通过“审核材料——公开课——综合评议——公示”四个阶段完成全部评审工作。
1、审核材料：共40分。由学科评委根据上报的证书材料审核经单位核实的《东明县电化教育教学能手初评用表》（附件3表），给候选人计分。
