类风湿肺间质性炎症的 HRC T 表现

【摘要】目的:分析类风湿性关节炎继发间质性肺病变的 HRCT 表现。方法:对 7 例经病理证实的类风湿性关节炎
继发间质性肺病变(RA ILD) 的影像学表现进行分析。结果:RA ILD 在 HRCT 间质性肺病变的病理特点包括: ①间质性
肺病变( ILD) 2 例; ②闭塞性细支气管炎伴机化性肺炎(BOOP) 1 例; ③肺淀粉沉着症( PA) 1 例; ④间质性肺纤维化合并肺
结核( ILD + TB) 2 例; ⑤系统性红斑狼疮(SL E) 1 例。结论: HRCT 肺功能定量分析技术可能成为发现早期类风湿性关节
炎间质性肺疾病手段之一。

【Abstract】 Objective :To analyze HRCT manifestations of interstitial lung disease secondary to rheumatoid arthritis.
Methods :HRCT findings in 7 case with pathologically proved interstitial lung disease secondary to rheumatoid arthritis were
analyzed. Results :Characteristics of interstitial lung disease secondary to rheumatoid arthritis included : ①interstitial lung
disease (n = 2) . ②bronchiolitis obliterans anizing pueumonia (n = 1) . ③pulmonary amyloidosis (n = 1) . ④intersti
tial lung plicated by pulmonary tuberculosis (n = 2) . ⑤systemic lupus erythematosis (n = 1) . Conclusion :HRCT
