    国宝级中医大师、南宋思想家朱熹的28世裔孙朱良春教授是一位在当今中医药界极具影响力的著名老中医,也是被患者誉为“有着菩萨心肠的妙手神医”,而且还是一位令人尊敬的老寿星。他虽然已是九十高龄了,但其思维异常地清晰敏捷,行动也利落自如,这与他几十年来善于运用中医药养生有很大关系。下面是我与朱良春教授及其学术继承人朱琬华就养生长寿话题进行的一次对话:
秘诀1:运动
——要想活得好,天天练“慢跑”
    毛嘉陵:人们常说“生命在于运动”,我听说朱老曾经说过“活动活动,要活就要动”,所以很多人都很想知道朱老对运动是怎样看的?每天都做些什么运动?
    朱良春:有很多上了年纪的人见了我,都喜欢问如何才能健康长寿、安度晚年。我则以“动可延年,乐则长寿”八字赠之。生命在于运动,运动则可延年。要活就要动,运动可以促进血液流畅,增进体力,加强抗病防御机能,从而达到延年的目的。但动要适度,不可超量。
    我每天生活节奏较紧凑,以前都坚持上下班骑自行车,外出活动也骑车,这是一种不占时间的锻炼方法。现在每天早晨或晚上做5~10分钟四肢活动的自由操,即左右摆动四肢,用手指梳头发,
    朱良春:要保持精力旺盛,首要条件就是生活要有规律。以前在我担任院长的20多年中,白天既要上门诊,又要体会、处理行政事务,晚上回到家还要写文章,给患者回信,但是我都尽量在晚12点之前入睡,晚上23点到午夜1点,也就是子时,是人体阴阳交接的时候。这个时候是一天中阴气最盛、
